Delete your account

This removes everything: your meals and their photos, your profile and targets, your weight log, your coach reports, and your plan and scan balance. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting here removes your Plateful data, but it does not cancel billing — that is held by whichever store sold it. If you subscribed in the Android app, cancel in Play Store → Menu → Payments and subscriptions. If you subscribed by card, cancel from your plan page before deleting.

Anonymous billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Nothing that identifies you is retained.
